AllFun Lampwire Dash: a courier running along a lantern-lit sky bridge toward a market stall at night, with the score and coins
AllFun Lampwire DashFour worlds, six couriers and a daily run.

What an endless runner is

In an endless runner your character runs forward on their own, and you only steer. The track has no finish line: it goes on, faster and faster, until you hit something. Most runners in this style give you three lanes and three moves, change lane, jump and slide, and fill the track with obstacles that each need one of those moves.

The score usually rewards two things: distance and what you collect on the way. A multiplier on top of both decides how big the numbers get, and missions give you reasons to try different things across many short runs.

Playing Lampwire Dash on AllFun

AllFun Lampwire Dash makes you a courier running the lantern bridges of a market floating in the sky. The scenery turns over every 1,500 metres: Night Market, then Harbour Docks, Snowy Rooftops and Sky Garden, and back to the start. In the three lanes you meet crates to dodge or jump, gaps to clear and bars to slide under, with lines of coins in between.

A sideways swipe moves you a lane, an upward swipe jumps and a downward one slides, or pulls you straight back down mid-jump. Touch screens also show thumb buttons, and on a computer the arrow keys or W, A, S and D, with Space to jump and P or Esc to pause. For more fast games, see the arcade games page.

The rules

  • One hit ends the run. A Second chance can let you carry on from where you fell.
  • Coins lie in the lanes; collect them for the Locker.
  • Deliveries: from time to time a parcel order pops up, followed by a glowing ring on the track. Pass through the ring for 250 points times your multiplier, plus 20 coins.
  • The multiplier is your courier rank plus one for every parcel delivered in this run. It multiplies every point you score.
  • Missions run three at once, for example a number of parcels in a single run or slides under bars. Each set of three completed missions lifts your rank by one for good, so in time every run starts at up to ×30.

Gear

  • Rocket Skates (3 seconds): a burst of speed that smashes through anything.
  • Swing Line (4.5 seconds): you hang from the lantern wire and fly above everything.
  • Magnet Satchel (8 seconds): pulls in the coins of all three lanes.
  • Coin Lantern (10 seconds): every coin counts twice.

In the Locker each piece of gear can be upgraded five times to last longer, and new couriers join Pip for 1,500 to 15,000 coins.

Six tips for longer runs

  1. Look one obstacle ahead. By the time an obstacle is close, its move is decided. Your eyes should be on the next one, choosing a lane early.
  2. Move late, decide early. Pick the lane well before, but jump or slide at the last moment. A jump made too soon comes down before the obstacle is behind you.
  3. Prefer the middle lane. From the middle, both other lanes are one swipe away. From an edge, the far lane is two.
  4. Use the fast drop. Swiping down in the air brings you back to the ground at once, ready for the next move.
  5. Go for the rings. Each delivery raises the multiplier for the rest of the run, so an early delivery pays on every point after it.
  6. Upgrade before you collect couriers. Longer Skates and a longer Magnet earn their price back in the runs that follow.

Endless runner FAQ

Does the run ever end on its own?

No. The course has no end and the pace keeps rising, so every run finishes with a crash sooner or later.

What raises my score the most?

The multiplier, because every point is multiplied by it. Your rank sets where it starts, and each parcel you deliver adds one until the run ends.

Is Lampwire Dash free?

Each run costs 40 play coins. New players start with 800, and the coins picked up on the track refill the wallet. Play coins cannot be bought and are worth no money. How coins work.

Is there a daily course?

Yes: the Daily run, one fresh course a day shared by all players, with a streak for each day in a row you run it.
