About AllFun Games

Free games for your phone and your computer, made by an independent game studio. Who we are, how the games are made, and what we promise every player.

Who we are

AllFun Games is an independent game studio. We design, build, draw and test every game on allfun.games ourselves: more than fifty of them today, from timeless classics like Backgammon, Chess and Solitaire to arcade games of our own such as Bubbles and Fishing. New games join the library regularly, and we always want to hear which one you would like next.

Our aim is simple: games that open quickly, feel good to play on a small screen, and treat you fairly.

How the games are made

  • Original workThe code, the artwork, the sounds, the names and the texts in our games are our own, or used under licences that allow it. The rules of classic games such as chess or backgammon belong to everyone; our versions of them are built from scratch.
  • Made for phones and computersEvery game is designed for a phone first, upright or sideways, and works just as well with a mouse on a computer or on a tablet.
  • Nothing to downloadThe games run in the web browser you already have. You can add AllFun Games to your home screen to open it like an app.
  • Your progress is keptGames save as you play. A free account, if you want one, keeps your progress the same on every device.

Before a game goes live it is checked on phone, tablet and computer screens, upright and sideways. The rules of our card and board games are checked by automated tests, every Sudoku puzzle has exactly one answer, and a “winnable” solitaire deal has been solved by the computer before you get it.

Fair play: our promises

  • Dice and shuffles are random, and the same for every player. We never adjust dice, deals or results in anyone’s favour, whether they play for free or not.
  • Daily deals and puzzles are the same for everyone on the same day, so you can compare results with friends.
  • Computer opponents play by the same rules and the same physics as you. When you choose to play the computer, your opponent is labelled as a computer.
  • Some online opponents may be computer-controlled. When nobody else is looking for a game, an online match can be played against a computer-controlled player, so you never wait long.
  • Online games are refereed by our server: every move is checked against the rules, and the dice of online Backgammon are rolled there, never on either player’s device.

Coins have no cash value

Some games use AllFun coins: play coins that you earn by playing, get as daily gifts, or receive for signing up. They have no money value. They cannot be bought today, and they can never be cashed out, sold, traded or exchanged for prizes. Read how coins work for the details.

How the games stay free

The games are free because some of them show ads from Google and its partners. How ads use cookies and how to turn off personalised ads is explained in our privacy policy.

Your privacy, in short

  • You do not need an account to play. Without one, your progress stays in your browser on this device.
  • A free account keeps only what it needs: your email address, a scrambled form of your password, and your game progress. You can delete it yourself at any time.
  • We count visits ourselves, on our own server, with no outside analytics company.
  • We never sell your data.

The full details are in our privacy policy and our terms of service.
