Our word wheel game

Every level gives you a round wheel of letters and a small crossword of empty squares. Spell a word by running your finger, or the mouse, across the letters in order, then let go. If the word belongs in the grid, its letters fly up into their squares. Fill every square and the level is clear.

The first levels have three letters and two words to find. The wheel grows as you climb: five letters, then six, and seven in the last skies, where a grid can hold ten words. The 300 levels are grouped in fifteen skies of 20, each with its own picture, from Dewdrop Hill and Kitestring Downs to Lantern Harbor, Northlight Fjord, Comet Coast and Larksong Summit. Every grid word is a common everyday word.

How to play

Spell: swipe across the letters, each one at most once, and let go. The word you are spelling shows above the wheel.
Fill the grid: a word that fits drops into its squares; letters shared with other words appear there too.
Bonus words: any other real word you spell goes into the bonus jar. Ten bonus words fill it and pay 25 coins.
Shuffle: turns the letters into a new order around the wheel, which often shows a word you missed.

On a computer you can type instead: press the letters, Backspace to take one back, Enter to play the word, Esc to clear and Space to shuffle. There is no timer.

Helpers and coins

Hint shows one letter of a word you have not found yet, and the first Hint of every level is free. Pick lets you tap any empty square to see its letter, and Word fills in a whole word. Each helper costs a few coins, or you can get it without coins. A cleared level pays coins the first time, the last level of each sky adds a bonus of 100, and the coins are shared with every other AllFun game.

The Daily wheel and Word Search

Tap Daily wheel for today's puzzle, the same wheel for everyone: six letters on weekdays and seven at the weekend. Clear it on days in a row to grow your streak, see the days you cleared on its calendar, and tap Share my result to send your words and time to a friend.

Word Search is the second mode: find the hidden words of a theme in a square of letters by dragging along them. Its 135 levels run through 45 themes, and the grids grow from 7×7 to 11×11 as words start to run diagonally and backwards. Finish quickly without a hint for three stars.

Tips

Look for short words first: three-letter words often unlock the long ones by giving away a shared letter.
Try common endings such as -ED, -ER, -ING and a final S on words you already have.
Shuffle when you are stuck.
