Our climbing game

Bopsy, a round little climber in a woolly hat, starts at the bottom of a deep well. Ledges stick out of the walls above, and every one you land on takes you higher. Below, the Fizz wakes up as soon as you start climbing, or after a few seconds if you wait: a glowing pink sea that keeps rising. It gets quicker the higher you have climbed and catches up when it is far behind, so there is never time to stand still. If it reaches your feet, the climb is over.

The well opens into six zones on the way up: Glow Grotto, Crystal Seam, Root Hollow, Garden Rim, Kite Heights and Starlit Crown, then round again with narrower ledges. Your height is shown in metres.

How to play

Tricks and Flow

Flow is a multiplier from ×1 to ×5, and it multiplies every point you score. Each trick raises it one step:

Flow slips back one step at a time when no trick comes, and dropping two ledges or more puts it back to ×1. Climbing tips are in our Fizzwell guide.

Glints and Gates

Glints sparkle on the ledges and in arcs over the gaps. Each zone asks for a number of them, 14 in the first; when you have them, a Gate appears a few ledges up. Climb through it to open the next zone and push the Fizz back down. Bubbles bring a few seconds of help: Glint pull, Air hop (a second jump in the air) and Chill, which stops the Fizz.

Questions

Is Fizzwell free? Yes. A climb costs 40 play coins from your AllFun coins, the glints you collect come back as coins when it ends, and challenges pay coins for new stars. Play coins are not money.

Can I keep going after the Fizz catches me? Once per climb, the end card offers Continue: you start again on a ledge above the Fizz.

What are the challenges? Thirty short goals against a clock, such as climbing 60 m, opening a Gate or reaching Flow ×4, with up to three stars for speed. A new daily challenge comes every day.

Are there other climbers? Bopsy is free, and seven more climbers can be bought with coins in the Climbers shop.

Does it work on a computer? Yes, in any modern browser, on a phone, a tablet or a computer, with no download.
